International IT Symposium on Biobank Management & Federated Search

On 21, 22 and 25 January

Our biobank community strives for continuous improvements of our services and contributions to Life Sciences. In alignment with the EU Data Strategy, the European Open Science Cloud and ongoing needs to overcome the COVID pandemic, we seek to evaluate available IT solutions to fulfill the increasing needs and challenges both for local Biobank Information Management Solutions and Federated Search & Data Analysis Platforms: these are the raisons d’être of our symposium.

Our symposium will take place online on 21 January from 13:00 to 17:15 CET (Federated Search and Data Analysis Platforms) and on 22 January from 10:00 to 12:30 (Federated Search and Data Analysis Platforms) & 25 January from 10:00 to 17:00 CET (BIMS). No registration fee or sponsorship applies.

The conference format will be digital. Participation will be open for all BBMRI-ERIC and ESBB members by free registration here.
