The European Research Infrastructure for Translational Medicine (EATRIS) will be organising its third bi-annual Translational Medicine 2017 conference from 24 until 26 September 2017 at Corinthia Hotel in Prague.
Open to a wide range of stakeholders, from academic researchers and funders to industry players and regulators, the event will bring together international experts to discuss the latest advancements in translational medicine.
The theme of this third edition, “Enhancing Predictivity in Medicines Development”, will focus on bringing together the latest technologies to increase success in drug development, from novel in vitro systems to new biomarkers or clinical trial methodology for patient selection and stratification.
For this year’s edition, you will hear from Mark Schmidt (Senior Director, Janssen Research and Development), Philip Murphy (Head, Experimental Medicine Imaging, GSK), and Christopher Austin (NIH-NCATS, United States) among others. Find out about the keynote speakers.
The programme also includes a pre-conference day on Sunday, September 24, that will be dedicated to a series of educational workshops tackling topics in the ﬁelds such as molecular imaging, biomarker validation or potency assays for ATMP’s and vaccines.
