The Director General of BBMRI-ERIC, Jens Habermann, has approved the Gender Equality Plan (GEP) that has now been made public on our website. The GEP was written by Mónica Cano Abadía, who has been appointed Gender, Equality, and Diversity Specialist. BBMRI-ERIC believes that gender equality benefits research and innovation by improving the quality and relevance of the research process, by attracting and retaining more talent, and by ensuring that everyone can maximise their potential.
